Refunds and cancelling
| Version | 1.1 |
| Effective | 5 October 2026 |
Cancel your subscription
Apple or Google bills you for QBod, so you cancel with them.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then QBod.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then QBod.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
You keep QBod until the end of the time you've paid for. To avoid being charged for the next month or year, cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. During a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Deleting your account does not cancel billing
If you delete your QBod account without cancelling in the App Store or Google Play, the store can keep charging you. Cancel first, then delete.
Ask for a refund
Bought on iPhone or iPad: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, tap "I'd like to", choose "Request a refund", pick the QBod charge and submit.
Bought on Android: go to play.google.com, click your profile picture, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, find the QBod charge, click "Report a problem" and say you want a refund.
Or email us: support@qbod.fit, subject "Refund", with the date of the charge and the store you used. We'll help you through it. We reply within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, US Central time.
If you're in Australia
You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that no store policy or term of ours can take away. If QBod has a major failure (for example, the service doesn't do what we said it would and it can't easily be fixed), you're entitled to cancel and get a refund for the unused part, or compensation for its reduced value.
If Apple or Google turns down your request and you think QBod failed you, email support@qbod.fit with "ACL refund" in the subject. We'll look at it and, where the law requires, we'll give you the remedy ourselves. You can also contact your state or territory consumer affairs or fair trading office.
If you're in the United States
Refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policy for your purchase. Email us if you run into trouble and we'll help.
