When we reply
We reply within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, US Central time. Emails sent on a weekend or a US public holiday are answered on the next business day.
Privacy requests (a copy of your data, a correction, a complaint) get a full answer within 30 days, wherever you live.
If it's urgent or about your safety, don't wait for us. In Australia call 000 (Lifeline 13 11 14). In the US call 911 (crisis line 988).

Cancel your subscription
Apple or Google bills you for QBod, so you cancel with them.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then QBod.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then QBod.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Apple: cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or before a free trial ends. Google Play: cancel before the next renewal or before the trial ends. After you cancel, access normally continues until the paid period ends.
Deleting your account does not cancel billing. If you delete your QBod account without cancelling in the App Store or Google Play, the store can keep charging you. Cancel first, then delete.
Plan and billing answers
How much is QBod? One plan with everything included. In the United States: US$9.99 a month, or US$59.99 a year (about US$5 a month). In Australia, the store shows the price in Australian dollars. The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency before you pay.
Is there a trial? New subscribers may get a trial; the store shows how long before you start.
