How It Works

Our import process is simple and secure. Here's what to do:

1

Export your data from the other app

Most fitness apps have an "Export Data" option in their settings. Look under Settings, Privacy, or Account. The export is usually a ZIP or CSV file.

2

Upload to a file sharing service

Upload the exported file to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

Important: Set the link permissions so anyone with the link can view. In Google Drive, right-click the file, select "Share", then change access from "Restricted" to "Anyone with the link".

3

Email us the link

Send the share link to support@qbod.fit. In the subject line, name the app it came from (for example, "MFP Import" or "Fitbod Import").

4

We import your data

Our team processes your file and imports the data into your QBod account. You'll get an email when it's ready.

Ready to Import?

Send us your export file and we typically complete imports within 3 business days.

MyFitnessPal Export Instructions

MyFitnessPal requires you to request a data export from their website:

1

Go to MyFitnessPal.com on a computer

The export feature is only available on the website, not in the mobile app. Sign in to your account.

2

Navigate to Settings → Export Data

Click your profile icon in the top right, go to Settings, then find "Export Data" or "Download Your Data".

3

Request your export

Click the button to request your data. MyFitnessPal prepares your export and emails you a download link. This can take a few hours to a day.

4

Download and share

Once you receive the email, download the ZIP file. Don't unzip or rename it. Upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox, set permissions to "Anyone with the link can view", and send us the link.

Pro Tip

Keep the file exactly as MFP sent it. Don't unzip, rename, or modify the contents. Our import system expects the original file structure.

Fitbod Export Instructions

Fitbod makes it easy to export your workout history:

1

Open Fitbod and go to Settings

Tap the gear icon or navigate to Settings from your profile.

2

Find "Export Data" or "Export Workouts"

Look for the export option. Select CSV format if given the choice.

3

Save and share the file

Save the CSV file to your device, upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Set the link to "Anyone with the link can view", then email us the link.

Note on Data Accuracy

Imported data is matched to QBod's exercise and food databases as closely as we can. Some custom foods or rare exercises may need a manual check after import. We'll let you know about any items we couldn't match.

Privacy & Security

We take your data security seriously:
