Tips for Better Food Recognition
- Use good lighting - natural light works best
- Capture all items in the frame
- Take the photo from above for better visibility
- Separate items slightly so AI can distinguish them
Uploading Body Composition Scans

Go to Quick Log
Tap the Actions tab (the Action Hub), choose Body, and pick the metric you want to log.
Tap the upload icon
In the Body Comp sheet, tap the photo/upload icon to add an image.
Select your scan
Choose a photo from your library. This can be a screenshot of your smart scale app, a photo of a DEXA printout, or an InBody report.

Note on Accuracy
AI reading works best with clear, well-lit photos. If the AI misreads any values, you can edit them by hand before saving. Always check that the data matches your original scan.

- Search for the correct food
- Adjust portion size if needed
- Tap Replace
For Body Comp Scans:
- Tap on any extracted value
- Enter the correct number
- Repeat for any other incorrect values
- Tap Save
