Logging Body Composition
The Body Comp quick log is especially useful for tracking your physique changes:
What you can log:

- Body Fat % - Percentage of body fat (from scale or manual measurement)
- Muscle Mass - Lean body mass (if your scale provides it)
- Measurements - Waist, chest, arms, etc.
Pro Tip
For body composition, you can also upload a photo of your smart scale, DEXA scan, or InBody report. QBod's AI will automatically extract the measurements. See the Uploading Photos guide for details.
Logging Sleep
Track your sleep quality to understand recovery patterns:
- Hours slept - Total sleep duration
- Sleep quality - Rate how restful your sleep was
- Notes - Optional notes about sleep conditions
If you have an Apple Watch, sleep data may sync automatically from Apple Health.
Logging Mood & Energy

Mood data helps the AI Coach understand your overall well-being and provide better recommendations.
