QBod is not medical care

QBod is a fitness and nutrition coaching app for healthy adults. It gives general information to help you build habits. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any disease or medical condition, and it is not a replacement for a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, psychologist or other health professional.

Readings you log, such as blood pressure or glucose, are kept as a personal record. QBod does not tell you what they mean medically. If a reading worries you, talk to a health professional.

Check with a health professional first if

Stop and get help if

you feel chest pain or pressure, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or faintness, an irregular heartbeat, or any pain that doesn't feel right.

Emergencies

QBod can't help in an emergency.

About the AI coach

Coach Q's replies are written by AI (Google Gemini). They aren't checked by a person first and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for decisions about your health. See How Coach Q uses AI.

Food and nutrition

Calorie and nutrient figures, including those read from photos, labels and voice notes, are estimates. Check them, especially if you have an allergy, intolerance or medical diet. QBod doesn't provide medical nutrition therapy.

Age

QBod is for adults 18 and over.
